How long is it valid for?
From booking to delivery.
DASH FLEX™ follows the shipment throughout its journey.
Before pickup, it gives you greater flexibility for booking changes, cancellations and rescheduling.
After pickup, it remains active for available delivery changes until the shipment is complete.
And because FLEX is linked to the shipment — not to a specific person — it can be used by both the sender and the recipient.

DASH FLEX™ does not cover:
- loss or damage,
- transit delay,
- duties, taxes or customs charges,
- storage charges,
- adjustments due to actual or volumetric weight or dimensions,
- return to sender as a new or additional shipment,
- changes not supported by the carrier,
- significant additional transport or third-party charges, beyond the DASH management fee.
