What is volumetric weight?
It's a way of representing the space that the packed parcel occupies. A large but light box may have a greater volumetric than actual weight, and the charge will be based on the higher of the two. That's why it's worth using a box that fits the contents and declaring the dimensions after packing.

Where available, the Standard option is the most economical solution for those who are not in a hurry. On some routes, DASH 2 DOOR is also available, where you drop off the parcel at a drop-off point and it is delivered to the recipient's address. How is volumetric weight calculated?
Volumetric weight reflects the space a parcel occupies in relation to its actual weight. It is calculated from the external dimensions of the packaged parcel and, where applicable, the charge may be based on the greater of the actual and volumetric weight.
How many days does the shipment take?
The estimated time depends on the route, shipment characteristics and service availability. The available Standard or Express options display the relevant estimate before you make your selection.
Is pickup from my address available?
Pickup from an address is available depending on the route and the selected service. The available options are displayed when you get a quote online.
Can I send more than one box?
Yes. You can add more items to the same shipment and declare the actual weight and final external dimensions for each one.
Can I send a suitcase?
Yes, where supported by the route and shipment characteristics. Select the Luggage Flow and declare its actual dimensions and weight as it will be shipped. Please also see the dedicated page for shipping luggage.
Can I send an envelope or documents?
Yes, by using the "Other item" option in the shipping flow, where you declare exactly what you are sending and can see the available solutions for your route.
Can I send olive oil?
Yes, for private shipments from Greece in a sealed olive oil tin, with mandatory packaging inside a bag, with protective material, and in a sturdy cardboard box. You can find the permitted countries, quantities and accepted packaging types on the olive oil shipping page.
What am I not allowed to send?
Prohibited or restricted items vary by destination and service. Declare the contents accurately and check the shipping rules before you complete your booking.
What is different for non-EU countries?
