Instead of waiting for the courier at your address, you drop off the ready parcel at an available partner drop-off point, according to its opening hours.

Flexibility

Many partner drop-off points have extended opening hours and, depending on the location, may also be available at the weekend.

No pickup from your address

You drop off the parcel at the available point and skip the first step of a pickup from your address. Depending on the route and service, this may also affect the final price.

Standard or Express

Point-to-door doesn't necessarily mean slow transport. Where available, DASH 2 DOOR™ is offered in both Standard and Express.

    Book online

    You enter your route and parcels. If DASH 2 DOOR™ is available for your shipment, it will appear in your options.

  2. 02

    Prepare the parcel

    You package your shipment correctly and attach the ready label to the parcel.

  3. 03

    Drop it off at the point

    You drop off the ready parcel at the available partner drop-off point according to your booking instructions.

  4. 04

    We take it from there

    The shipment enters the transport network, travels to its destination, and is delivered to the recipient's address.

In Greece, DASH 2 DOOR™ uses partner courier points and drop-off point networks like Clever Point. Abroad, the available points depend on the country, area and service.

One parcel or more?

For up to 3 medium or larger parcels, you can use the available drop-off points for your route. For more than 3, DASH 2 DOOR™ is only shown if there is a nearby drop-off point that accepts larger shipments; otherwise, you will see other available solutions, such as pickup from your address.

The rules on permitted contents are the same as for the corresponding services with pickup from an address. See the shipping rules.

The parcel must arrive at the drop-off point ready for transport, correctly packaged and with the label attached. What is considered a correctly packaged parcel?

Choosing Express? Drop it off early.

The time you drop off the shipment at the point affects when it enters the transport network. If it is dropped off later in the day, the carrier may pick it up on the next working day.
